John “Vincent” Mauricio

John Vincent Mauricio was born on October 15, 1999. His first name is John but prefers to be called Vincent or Vince. He was born and raised in the east side Scarborough. Vincent attended Neil McNeil high school and later attended Centennial college for Police Foundations. He started doing Taekwondo at the age of 8. He competed in a lot of Taekwondo tournaments. After leaving Taekwondo in 2016, Vincent picked up Boxing and Muay thai at Undisputed MMA. Vincent being the eldest out of two brothers and the oldest cousin in the family, most of his experience with children came from spending time with his cousins. Vincent currently works as a security guard at Mount Sinai hospital and hopes to become a police officer in the near future. Vince wanted to make a difference in the community by sharing his knowledge and appreciation of martial arts with others. That’s why Vincent chose to become a part of the MJKO family. He hopes to bring many smiles and make many memories. He also hopes can be someone to look up to. Vincent is grateful to be a part of MJKO.
